If a product is unavailable, we will contact you using the information provided in your profile and discuss placing the order on backorder or cancelling the order as agreed with you.

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE:

All orders will only become binding on us once we have confirmed the order. We reserve the right to be the only party who can confirm (in whole or in part), cancel or vary by us.

All orders must be paid for via a valid credit card or PayPal, or Google Pay at the time of order placement.

All final shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Size, weight, and destination are all factors considered when calculating these costs of the product and destination. Exact shipping and handling costs are calculated in the shopping cart and will be added to the order total before checkout.

Once the products are dispatched from us to the shipping company/firm for delivery (Example: Australian Post, DLH, etc.), the risk of the goods getting lost or damaged (including physical damage, loss, theft) will lie with the other party.
