Estimated Shipping Time
All domestic UK orders are shipped from our international warehouse with partnered courier companies like Royal Mail, Hermes or DPD. We offer a standard shipping service, which usually takes 7-14 business days for delivery.
If your order takes more than 14 business days, please contact us through our contact form.
Packages usually reach their destination in the time range mentioned but can occasionally take longer.
Order Processing Time
NOEZI understands that getting your items quickly is important to you, so we make every effort to process your order quickly.
During demand surges, processing your order may take up to 48 hours. Under normal circumstances, we process your order within 24 hours.
Tracking Info
Orders ship with a tracking number. The carrier and tracking information is emailed to you once your shipment has been completed.
